Make Scatter plot treatment of empty markers on Spotfire 7.0 similar to treatment on previous versions.

On previous Spotfire versions (5.5) when using a column with empty markers for the “Size by”, the empty values were displayed with the smallest possible size. On Spotifre 7.0 these empty markers are omitted, but still the space for the empty markers is reserved creating a lot of empty space (this is when leaving the “include empty values” box checked). The user considers that the old behavior was much more intuitive and will reflect better the structure of the data.  The user has used a formula sn([value 2],0)  to make the null markers appear, but this is not a firsthand solution to get the previous treatment.
