Add API access to Dynamic Items in HTML Text Areas Merged

There is no method for accessing the settings of Calculated Values, Sparklines, Bullet Graphs, or Icons inside text areas using IronPython scripts.  Enabling this would allow users to manipulate expressions and formatting of dynamic items via scripts.  These are the only viz types currently unaccessible.
