Automatically switch Interactive Layer for map based on currently visible layers

It would be nice to have the ability to automatically change the interactive layer in a map chart based on the currently visible layers when zooming in.

For example, I have a state level view to be the default interactive layer. In this layer, it summarizes the data for each state and the state can be selected to view details. As I zoom in, the state view gets replaced by a county or zip code level view in order to break down the data. In this view, I would like the user to be able to select a zip code marker without having to manually change the interactive layer (which is not always clear needs to be done, especially to users unfamiliar or new to Spotfire).
