1) Page Layout options need to improve. There are only 4 page layouts available.
2) Need to provide the option to select which printer to print to.
3) Include Visualization Borders in the print out.

From Spotfire 7.12 print is supported through export to PDF. The new export to PDF introduced in Spotfire 7.12 supports more paper sizes and provides WYSIWYG export.

Thanks for the follow-up, it's great to see that the ideas are being responded to. The export to PDF options has definitely addressed points 2 and 3 (the print quality is awesome!). Regarding point 1, there wasn't the ability to select letter or legal paper size, but I see that's also available now.

James, many thanks for contributing your thoughts on how to improve Spotfire. Our strategy related to print is to support it through exporting to PDF, and then the user can print the PDF if desired.
I am pretty sure that the recent improvements in our PDF export takes care of point 2 and 3, but for point 1 it would be good if you can elaborate a bit on your needs?
