Setting for Case sensitivity

Currently Spotifire is Case Sensitive which makes aggregations at certain level harder to manage. While you can do all sorts of string manipulation it would be nice to have a setting to turn on/off case sensitivity. For example , if you aggregate metrics at a user level you don't want to display the user's name all in caps and Joe Smith aggregates differently than joe smith and differently than Joe smith, even if they are the same person. Sometimes you might not have Ids to aggregate to, all you have is names.

Case sensitivity is causing huge issues with trying to create reporting for end users. Workaround to use Upper function for several columns is huge inconvenience. This seems like a no brainer and Spotfire should have an easy fix to mine the data for users to work with. Is this being looked at as an enhancement yet?
