Using a relative scale on the Y-axis when the range is fixed the Min/Max Range values should be retained.

The Set Range Min/Max values available for Plots do not retain their values if the Y axis column is changed.

Steps to Reproduce

1)The attached dxp has a boxplot that is driven by a drop down property control. Please load the dxp in Spotfire 6.0 see the tab labeled "Churn EDA" and see the boxplot at the bottom.

2)Set the filter range to a specific top limit, so set the max value for Y-axis
as 0.3 . This updates the visual as expected so that the y-axis shows 30%.

3)However, if we change the drop down property control to any other value, it resets to the default "automatic" setting.
