Automation Services Task to send email when a job fails Merged

*Goal:*
The Spotfire admin/developer wants to be notified when an Automation Services job fails. It would very useful if we could add a job task that sends out an email when a job fails.

*Details:*
Use Case: I am working with a Drug Manufacturer who uses Spotfire to do a daily check of manufacturing issues. The data is refreshed daily via Automation Services. It is very critical that they have the latest data every morning so the people using Spotfire can check for issues in their production line as any major issue can result in weeks/months of lost product.

If the Automation Services job fails for any reason they need to investigate why this has happened and make sure they refresh the data ASAP so they can look for issues in their manufacturing. They absolutely need an email notification telling them the TSAS job failed and therefore the data in the .DXP is not current.
