As an administrator I want to be able to share dump files with Spotfire Support so that they can debug client crashes as quickly as possible. Unfortunately dump files contain our actual data which cannot be shared with TIBCO for confidentiality/security reasons. It would still be beneficial to share a dump file which has the actual data removed since that would contain the analysis file and undo/redo stack which led to the crash (it is sometimes impossible to get the actual steps the user performed since even they might not remember).
In "Help > Support Diagnostics and Logging > Dump File" have the option to create "Dump file" as well as "Dump file (with no data)"
The exception dialog on crashes could have these 2 options as well.
