The operations administrator would like to be able to deploy initialization code to all local TERR installs located underneath Spotfire.

For example, in this specific case the user wanted to be able to deploy an initialization file/code so that all end-users local TERR installs will load the MASS library on start-up, but any initialization script/code should be able to be easily distributed to all local TERR installs. The user was hoping that there was an additional Spotfire SDK deployment that they could set up to do this (or something similarly easy).
