*Enhancement request:*
Currently the users can delete their own public bookmarks, and no one else.
This is good and how the customer also wants things to work.
However; to administer bookmarks, you need to be an admin within Spotfire to delete other users bookmarks.
This is an issue for the customer, as they want to give users the rights to delete others bookmarks without giving them admin rights to the environment.
They would therefore like to see the addition of a license handling these rights.
