Abillity to change the "_Blank" parameter, and add an "onclick" event in the links generated in a Table Chart

Customer would like to be able to change the parameters in the hyperlink that you can create in a Table chart. They would like to be able to change the default behaviour of "target" from "_Blank" to "_Parent" or something else.
They would also like to have the option of adding an "Onclick" event to the hyperlink.
