Improve execution time for Statistica Python

Statistica should have pre-started python processes where Pywrapper.py and custom initial tasks are already completed. These processes can then be used by the Statistica Python nodes in an efficient way, rather than using a different instance of a Python process for each node.

      We're happy to share that Statistica 14.3 introduces a new option to allow multiple Python nodes to share a Python process. Please refer to our release notes here: https://docs.tibco.com/pub/stat/14.3.0/SPOT_stat_14.3.0_relnotes.pdf?id=1
