Log and notification when MAS server fails to implement tasksets

The system needs to log and notify users of failure of tasksets run by MAS (not failure of the workspace).

1. Current State:

   1. Failure of the MAS server trying to run the tasksets is not logged and notified to users.

   2. Workspace failure is logged and notified.

   3. Tasksets’ failure must be manually discovered in a reactive way (if discovered at all).

2. Future State:

   1. The system logs and notifies users of tasksets’ failure.

   2. Users know not to use the system.

   3. Admins investigate the failure immediately.

3. Business Value:

   1. Mitigates use of a system with incomplete data and calculations.

   2. Increases time for investigating issues.

   3. Provides traceable failures to enable investigation.
