Crosstabs results often serve as input for other types of analyses or as aggregated data for summary graphs. In such cases one always has to exclude the last "Total" row of the cross tab results . Additional option "Do not include Totals row in the results" would be very helpful. It would avoid additional effort (nodes, code) in such cases.
This feature is released in Statistica 13.4
Oliver ... Nope. That is not the option I was talking about as needed. Please read the original issue ... hint TOTALS line.
Hi Jurek, you will find it in the beta node Reporting Tables in the Data menue. It is called "Downstream Mode".
I don't see the "not to include totals" in the reporting tables node either.
The simplest crosstab adds "totals" row at the end, which in the downstream mode is usually unwanted.
This is just for your information...... this feature is available in Reporting Tables node now.
additionally , an option to put categories in a variable rather than in case names, the reason is the same - to be able to use aggregated output as input for other summaries immediately (rather than performing extra transforms)
