Connecting Oracle Data Source using Oracle Internet Directory LDAP/LDAPS

As per CIS-65495, this feature is not supported.

This feature for LDAP works flawlessly in most cases; however, in some cases it doesn't work.

Also, there is no clear directives on how to configure Oracle data source using OID on LDAPS.

For a firm with organizational security standard to only connect using OID, this feature should be available and supported.
