Provide the option for privilege inheritance upon cache table creation

This would be useful to simplify the creation of cache tables when it is desired that the created table inherit the permissions of the container it is published to.   This option would also mitigate the risk of manually setting privileges post cache table creation when the privileges will mirror the container it's published to.  I believe that most permissions will be set on a "container" level and not at the table level.   Every user who has permission to create cache tables and does so will benefit from this option.  The new functionality requested here should work as an option when creating cache tables.  The user should be presented with a checkbox (who's default value can be configured in Studio via Server>Configuration>Cache).  The checkbox must allow the user the option to inherit permissions from the parent container or not.
