Add support for passthrough queries to CData Couchbase driver

CData for Couchbase supports query passthrough. TDV does not take advantage of this feature. As a result, we have to pull millions of records from the database instead of pulling back an aggregated summary table. Please add this feature to TDV CData Couchbase driver.
