Additional scratchpad and ability to move scratchpad out of the TDV client to work on two scratchpads at once

I would like to be able to open multiple scratchpad as tabs and the ability to move those tabs out of the TDV client. For example, in Oracle I am able to have multiple scratchpads open and run multiple queries to compare the results. This will allow me to be more efficient when working with multiple queries.
