Update our SQL Server adapter to version 2016 for data source access, caching and data ship.

    SQL 2017, JDBC 1.6 now! I added the adapter as custom. Only SQL Auth or integrated windows auth works (the win account running the TDV service). I need to be able to type in a windows authenticated service account name and password like I can in 2012!
