Documentation: Restructure the TDV System Requirements documentation

The current system requirements listed in the installation manual are a bit confusing and tedious to follow. For example, under the 'Operating System Support for Server >> AIX 7.1 (PowerPC) or higher', we have 'Active' set for both TDV and BD Support column but the 'Notes' conflicts with this information indicating that this OS is not supported by BD.


Can we simplify this and separate the system requirements out of the PDF document - similar to how it is for Spotfire ?
