"Resource Path" of Send E-mail action in Trigger should be a optional input field

As the attached screenshot2.png, there is a field "Resource Path" when you choose "Send E-mail" as an Action Type in Trigger.

This field is a compulsory field as described in the User Guide.

Send email—Lets you specify a procedure or view to be executed, and send the results through email to one or more specified recipients.

However, suppose a situation where you want to have just an email notification when TDV server starts, you would not need to have any result from a procedure or view. Thus there should be cases where you would not always need result of a procedure nor view.

I would like this "Resource Path" field to be an optional input field.

If the field is empty, I would like to have an email that has no attachment.
