Restrict specific service id in one of the node in a TDV cluster

Restrict specific service id in one of the node in a TDV cluster . We want to restrict some service ids in some tdv nodes in same cluster. The current feature of removing privilege's or RBS or work load management get sync across all the nodes.

Reason for the Request :-

We restrict users as in our organization some operation users use third party tool like dB visualizer which cannot use load balancer VIP . So they hard code node name and them can connect to any nodes. We want to restrict them to connect only to particular nodes thru this third party tools . If they connect to wrong nodes and run some queries it can consume memory of those nodes and in turn impact the performance in live production environment to main applications who are support to use this nodes.
