Customizing "Cursor Fetch Limit" for user specific roles

Usually we set this value to 10,000 or less in our environments. Occassionally if we want to view/fetch say 100,000 records or more we use jdbc tool to query and fetch. If we configure 100,000 in TDV, all users using TDV studio will fetch huge volume of records and thus usage of memory goes high. It is good to have customization option at least to admins to view/fetch more records.

    Thank you for submitting this idea. Is this configuration set up in Studio or Server? Are multiple users using the same Studio instance, and hence restricted access?
