Snowflake adapter and yaml files should be propagated across cluster and default version should not override during rejoining cluster

When a server drops from cluster and we do drop schema and create schema, the Snowflake adapter and yaml files are changed to default version and we loose the yaml file changes and new adapter we had deployed. Also when we join the server to cluster the Snowflake adapter and yaml files changes are not propagated. Both these issues create more work and we have to install new adapter and yaml changes in each server after joining to cluster.
