Export/import bookmarks from a Spotfire dashboard

The idea is to add a new feature to Spotfire analyst client, which allows developers to save/export any bookmarks within a dxp file (one by one or massively) and to be able to restore them in another version of the dxp file (if possible to reproduce the bookmark result).
