Query Engine needs to support multi-target data ship join (DSJ)

In the case where there are multiple large data sets with one small data set. The server needs to be able to ship the small data set to each system to push down the join.

    My apologies if I am mistaken but isn't this already a supported capability with TDV version 8 and above?
