Allow the server to support multiple separate tenants within one cluster. A tenant would include security users/groups, security policies, cache policies, data sources, shared resources and published interfaces comletely isolated from other tenants (if needed). This could be for internal on-premise deployments that need to be sergegated for security purposes or by specifc projects or for a multi-tenant cloud environment.
The cloud should have the capacity to manage something as important as security of information, limiting access to sensitive data for group/users.
