Ability to kill running caching jobs that are stuck or have been running for very long

Admin should have a kill button on caching jobs that are running for too long or are stuck due to some reasons. As now we have to manually create a procedure to change the status from active to failed but this functionality should be included in tool.

I'm happy to share that cache refreshes can now be cancelled as of TDV 8.8.1 in Studio, in Web Manager cache refresh consoles, and programmatically by invoking the /services/webservices/system/admin/resource/operations/cancelCacheRefresh admin API or /rest/task/v1/actions/cancel/invoke REST API. Please refer to our release notes for more details: https://docs.tibco.com/pub/tdv/8.8.1/TIB_tdv_8.8.1_relnotes.pdf?id=1

I cancel the requests manually all the time. However, it frequently freezes the entire app, and I have to end-task and reopen in order to continue working while the request closes. Sometimes we have to kill the SPID in SQL in our cache database.

Currently canceling the cache job is difficult. Possibly add a button to make this process easier
