Add plan copy ability for deployment manager as well as sorting, site change and resource text entry

Add a features to the deployment manager that make managing plans for multi-site deployments much simpler, efficient and less time consuming.  There is a lot of duplication of work, slow resource selection and no ability to copy plans for more than one target site.

Please add the following capabilities to the deployment manager when building Plans:

• Allows copying of plans especially in the case of multi-site deployments (DEV -> QA -> PROD). As it is now you have to re-enter EVERYTHING.
• Editing of plan target sites (not just the target location in the plan defined target)
• Adds sorting to resource names in all selection dialogues when adding resources to a plan
• Allows manual entry/copy paste of resource paths in addition to the existing tree navigation.  A type ahead lookup would be most optimal.
