Allow user to input user-defined cardinality stats for tables and columns

For large tables or senstive production systems, allow the user to input cardinality estimates for the query engine instead of gathering statistics directly

    Hi Jason,

     

    Don't we already have this capability for tables? However I don't believe we have it for columns.

    Thanks, Niraj.  We have an enhancement for that too.  I'll add that to the idea portal as well.  I think it would make sense to cover both.

    Set up ability to import statistics from the database, which is more accurate.
