Add support for Presto as a data source to TDV

TDV needs an adapter for Prestodb.io.  This idea is for simple data source access, not caching or data ship. If this is of interest to you, please indicate in the comments the use case and level of support you need, i.e., not only data source but caching as well.

    CData currently offers a Presto adapter: https://www.cdata.com/solutions/dv/tibco/

    DV and Data Lake are both pillars in LM ACE. We need to get Presto working with DL. Would be interested in data source and caching.
