Enable to file.choose() function in Terr.

The r function file.choose() is not enabled in Spotfire but works fine from the terr console. I recommend this function gets implemented. 

 

This will allow users easy access to change files via scripting.

    The function exists, but is not designed to work in a Spotfire data function, since this is an interactive pop up. Would it work for you to choose the file from the Spotfire UI, and then pass the file into the data function as a parameter?
