Support for R-style graphics

While TERR supports the creation of graphics via Javascript packages (like those based on htmlwidgets), it does not currently support R-style graphics (e.g., the plot function)

      It will be extremely useful to build-in support for R graphics so one can use plotting functions to explore summary graphs or use them as a debug tool while developing algorithms...
