Versioning of Data Functions

When creating and managing a library of data functions, it is extremely useful to maintain a version number for the data function.  This makes it easy for users to keep track of the dat function that they are using.  This is also important for component exchanges where users can share data functions with others.

Always empty. At least be able to manually set it, maybe update each time Data Function changed. Maybe manual override.

There is a version number attribute to Data Functions, visible in Spotfire. How do you access and set it?

Moving this to the Spotfire idea portal. Any features that involve the use of TERR in Spotfire should be here. The TERR Idea portal should focus on TERR-specific features (like package compatibility)
