We want to customize the timestamp of "Executed at" to be exactly the same as in "Automation Services"=>"Job activity" page.


(1) same(or customizable) timezone as Spotfire Server, don't show the "Z" at the end(it means UTC but not a commonly known notion.)

(2) show seconds
