Add transparency option to annotation background
Add functionality to draw some basic shapes (lines, arrows, boxes, ovals) to mark up visualizations
When trying highlight a part of a visualization with an annotation, it can cover up other important parts of the plot, or may not clearly enough identify the point of interest on it's own. Enabling transparency for the annotation background, and enabling users to add some basic shapes to the annotation layer would make annotations more useful.
