nested scrolling on visualizations

Users find it frustrating when the entire webpage scrolls while they are trying to scroll through a visualization using the mouse wheel. To improve the user experience, the visualization should scroll exclusively when the mouse is over it. This desired behavior, known as preventing scroll chaining, is standardly achieved using the CSS overscroll-behavior property:

There is a similar idea, but it requires the ctrl key to be press. However, I updated the community article that ncludes the workaround for these cases. Not sure if this is a separate idea or needs to be meged.
