Allow Numerical Height Specification for Cross Tables and Visualizations

Currently, column widths can be set using exact numerical values in properties, but row/visualization height can only be adjusted by manually dragging borders in the canvas.

Requested Feature:
Provide an option to specify exact numerical values (e.g., in pixels) for row height and visualization height in Cross Tables and other visual elements.

Benefit:
Enables precise alignment, consistent layout design, and standardization across multiple dashboards.
