allow to discard automatically detected name row when importing data from excel

We learnt from support that I quote,

Spotfire automatically identifies the first row containing only string values and uses it as the name row. Currently, this behavior cannot be modified when importing an Excel file.

For example if we have a excel with 1st row being "a,b,c" then it's designated as name row and can not be discarded.

We want to ignore this row and use any other row after that as name row for our use case.
