It would be a valuable enhancement to make Prepared PDF Reports more configurable.
Ideally, report prompts should support end user input, allowing users to choose which pages are included in the generated PDF. At the moment, the only way to do this is by asking users to export the report themselves via File > Export to PDF. However, this requires them to manually configure all report settings and export options, which is not practical for most users.
A more flexible approach would be to allow administrators to configure a Prepared Report containing multiple pages and then give users the option to select which pages to include when running the report.
As an alternative or additional option, it would be helpful if page selections could be driven by a document property or other input selector. This would allow us to capture user choices of which pages to export within the analysis and programmatically pass the selected pages to the Prepared Report generation process.
This would significantly improve the usability of Prepared Reports and enable more tailored report outputs without requiring end users to manage the full export process themselves.
