add UI option to perform the same as "config.bat delete-analysis-states"

End users frequently experience browser errors caused by inconsistent analysis states. Currently, they must manually clear the state to fix the issue.
Since running config.bat delete-analysis-states is cumbersome for users, we request a more intuitive solution, such as a built-in feature in the Web UI's context menu.
