Action Log - record configuration block info when opening a report

In the Action Log, we record when someone opens a report in a web browser:

LOG_CATEGORY = 'library_wp' and LOG_ACTION = 'load'

LOG_CATEGORY = 'library_wp' and LOG_ACTION = 'clone'

But we don't capture the configuration block. Many of our teams use configuration blocks and the details in the parameters are critical to their understanding of who opened the report and what their usage was of it. This information is in Access Logs, so I'm not sure why its not available in the Action Log - this is the best place to grab the data and it seems like an oversight not to capture configuration blocks.
