Ability to show/hide top x % (Not #)

Let's say there's a table with sales by manager.  Would like to show the managers who make up the top 10% of total sales.  Seems like this sb easy but currently is unavailable unless based on calculated columns which are not dynamic.  See question at below ink for more info and an example dxp.
