Allow ordering of columns in a data table via the column properties window

I would like the ability to manually configure the order of how the columns are shown in the column properties window for a data table. This way if I make a calculated column at a later date that should be grouped with a particular column from earlier or one from the data source I can configure it this way.

It's important in case set property value through Column selection.
I hope data table properties same change too.
