Web Player details missing in 7.5+ Action Log

It has been observed that since the change of architecture to 7.5 the action log no longer captures some Web Player information.

In the 7.0 and before it would log the the web player version and the fact that a user was logging in via the Web Player.   Since 7.5 it misses this information, and the AUTH_LOGIN view has two of its fields as NULL.  Can this be be changed to capture this information again?  Maybe the version should now capture the Hotfix version.
