Suppressing TERR warning msgs and Exception Handling

Data functions utilizing TERR, at times, create an error msg when input variable is empty; as well, due to some R packages utilized in data function, warning msgs (non-critical) may appear too.

It'll improve user experience if there are built in options in Spotfire, besides scripts, to handle these exceptions.
