Ability to have the disk cache used after a Web Player restart even if it is older than the last scheduled update (but within max age setting)

Currently (in 7.8) when the Spotfire Nodemanager service is restarted, the web player will attempt to reload all scheduled updates that are written to disk cache. There is one exception, scheduled updates that were in progress during a reset will query from source rather than disk cache. (even if the associated disk cache file is still available on the disk).

When a reset occurs, all scheduled updates should be loaded from cache first, and then then the updates should resume their normal schedule. Perhaps this should be a configurable option.

I opened a case w/TIBCO Support and they suggested that this becomes an enhancement request and should be posted here as well. To summarize: - Ability to have the disk cache used after a Web Player restart even if it is older than the last scheduled update (but within max age setting

I think this a feature until Spotfire 7.5. With newer version 7.5 & above it stopped working!
