Save calculated columns and TERR expressions in the library and allow importing all among dxps Merged

Both calculated columns and TERR expressions are specific to a dxp. However, companies often share calculations among business units. Currently, expressions have to be added manually every time.

Also, allow using Spotfure calculated expression language to add to new computations to the existing 256, even without using TERR.

Finally, allow having comments inside calculated columns.
