Spotfire Server more self-sustaining: automatically kill reports that take to long to load and runaway queries Merged

We have a several thousand users at different skill levels.   We often have reports loading in the WebPlayer/Consumer that are stuck or take more than 20 minutes to 2 hours to load.  The support team has to manually look for and kill these jobs.  However, it will cause problems on the nodes and we normally have to restart them.   It would be great if we could have Spotfire automatically kill reports that have not loaded based on parameters.   Same with using information links or data connectors.  Bad queries put a huge strain on the application server.  Spotfire needs to be able to kill those as well or at least notify the support team.

This is absolutely critical now, we are running into issues where runaway queries from report necessitate a complete restart of server bringing everyone down.
