Information Link Cachable Setting should be exposed and supported in Web Administrator panel.

We are exploring the cache-able property in information link (information designer) . So the information link will be cached based on the timeout settings. 

There is no way to specify the time period (ex. between 7 Am to 10 PM) right now, and there is no way to observe from the administrator panel on when the caching was done.
